Recruit Refugees Modum respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details, such as your name, email address and contact information.
- Event registrations and attendance information.
- Information submitted through contact, volunteer, member and supporter forms.
- Any message or additional information you choose to provide.
How we use your information
We use your information to manage memberships and registrations, respond to enquiries, organise activities, send relevant confirmations or practical updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Information is stored in our protected WordPress system and, where needed for administration, in a private Google Sheet. Access is limited to authorised staff and volunteers who need the information to carry out their work.
Legal basis and consent
We process information when it is necessary to provide a service you requested, when we have a legitimate organisational need, or when you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email recruit@recruitrefugees.no.
